The Township is now selling bio-degradable yard waste bags at the Township Building $1.00 a bag.
To have bagged leaves and yardwaste picked up on a Friday please call the Township 610-566-4516 to be put on the schedule.
All yardwaste must be in brown paper bags.
We will not pick up and yardwaste in plastic trash bags.

The following is a list of commonly violated Township Codes which will be strictly enforced by the Code Enforcement Department:
1: Parking on the front yards
2: High grass
3: Unlicensed/unregistered cars
4: Cars in a state of disrepair
5: Accumulation of trash on properties
All of the above will be issued a written warning and then a court citation.

2007-08 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program Now Open
Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded program administered by the PA Department of Public Welfare that helps low-income households pay for home heating fuel through cash grants and emergency furnace repairs through crisis grants.
Assistance with winter heating bills is available for those who qualify through LIHEAP for the 2007-08 season. A family of four with an annual income of up to $30,975 can qualify for LIHEAP.
Applications are available at County Assistance Offices, local utility companies, and community service agencies, such as Area Agencies on Aging or Community Action Agencies. Families can also apply at http://www.dpw.state.pa.us/ServicesPrograms/LIHEAP/ for LIHEAP cash grants online or call the toll-free LIHEAP hotline at 1-866-857-7095.
