Nether Providence Uniform Construction Code Appeals Board

The Uniform Construction Code (UCC) Appeals Board hears and decides appeals of orders, decision, and determinations made by the Building Code official relative to the application and interpretation of the construction codes adopted by the Township.

The UCC Appeals Board is comprised of five individuals appointed by the Board of Commissioners.  Members serve for five years and are not compensated.  The Appeals Board meets on an as-needed basis.
